At Felorianix, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for purchases made through our website.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days after the item is delivered
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
- Returns requested after the 14-day return window
- Items returned without prior authorization
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photos of the issue so we can assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Opening a dispute without contacting us may delay resolution and refund processing.
